 CleaningTrust and Dust will provide you with a fastidious and efficient cleaning service. Whatever your requirements; daily cleans, one off or beginning/end of season cleans or simply weekly changeover cleans; Trust and Dust can fulfill them. Our price is €15 per hour, but we will quote an overall cleaning price for your property if it is a regular clean. This will depend on various factors, such as the property’s size. NB// If we discover a property takes a considerably longer/shorter time to clean, we will contact you to re-negotiate a price. Laundry and Linen HireTrust and Dust laundry service will collect your used linen and towels and return them to your property freshly laundered. We charge €10 for a single set and €15 for a double set, including towels. For bathmats, tea towels and any other extras we charge €5 per 3 items. Trust and Dust also offer linen hire for €12.50 for a single set and €17.50 for a double set, for a weeks hire. This includes: A double or single duvet cover, A double or single sheet, A pillowcase (per person) A bath towel (per person) A hand towel and bath mat per bathroom, 2 tea towels for the kitchen. Meet and Greet / KeyholdingTrust and Dust are happy to act as your keyholder free of charge throughout the year if you use one of our other services. This means that we can access your property in case of emergency, or to let in a workman, receive deliveries etc. Trust and Dust will welcome your guests into your chalet or apartment, handing over keys, giving any instructions required and answering any questions they may have about the area or your property. We can also meet your guests on their departure to collect keys and check all is well. Please let us know guest arrival and departure times beforehand. Trust and Dust will provide your guests with our mobile number and we are avaliable from 9am until 9pm for any general enquiries and 24/7 in case of emergencies.During the daytime period we will only charge you if we have to make a visit to the property or make any phone calls for your guests, at a standard rate of €15 per hour. Between 9pm and 9am we charge a double rate (€30 per hour). Airport TransfersFor a reliable transfer from the airport with Ski-lifts (and a 5% discount for Trust and Dust clients!) please click here: www.ski-lifts.com/trustanddust Ski lifts offer transfers from Geneva, Lyon, Chambery and Grenoble airports to almost anywhere in the Alps. Lift PassesTrust and Dust can organise your ski lift passes for the week to be ready on your arrival at your holiday property, so there’s no more queuing at the lift office. Ski and Board RentalRent your skis, snowboards and boots from a friendly and experienced company who will deliver straight to your door upon your arrival and collect your equipment at the end of your stay: Welcome PacksTrust and Dust can provide shopping ready for your arrival. We provide an essentials pack containing items such as toilet roll and sliced bread (contact us for the full list) or we can cater to your personal needs if you send us a shopping list at least 2 days before your arrival. Trust and Dust charge for the cost of the shopping + €15. BabysittingTrust and Dust have a network of babysitters on hand, all of whom are responsible, mature individuals with years of babysitting and/or nannying experience. Leave your children in safe hands for €15 per hour for up to 3 children, an extra 5 euros per hour added per child. After 1am we also charge an extra €5 per hour. If you would like to hire a nanny for the week, we can arrange this for you too. Property RentalTrust and Dust will be happy to manage the rental of your property for you, taking care of the advertising and marketing (including taking property photos and creating a webpage linked to trustanddust.com and placing the property on well-known property search sites), all enquiries and bookings and property preparation for rent, along with all our other services described on this site. We simply charge 15% commission of your booking, along with the individual charges for our other services, if required. NB// If you would like us to handle your property rental but already use another company for your other services, we are happy to work alongside them.Anything Else?
